What is an effective tooth bleaching/whitening procedure from home besides baking soda?
I can't imagine you can use "bleach" but the outside options are sooo expensive. Any answers?

so gritty.
Hydrogen Peroxide is a 'bleach'. Many dentists and their assistants will recommend hydrogen peroxide to you.
I have been told however that the problem with hydrogen peroxide is that it will turn your tongue brown. Your tongue has these little hairs on it. The hydrogen peroxide aids in their growth.
If you want a little furry rug on your tongue then go the hydrogen peroxide route.
Neither method is a suitable replacement for brushing your teeth
and flossing.
