Are all Philips SoniCare products suitable for use with braces ?
I just checked sonicare website , only Xtreme e3000 Pro Series seem to have the "Safe for use with braces " label. Please advise.
Sonicare is great for use around braces! Any type of electric toothbrush will work wonders for plaque control. The bristles may wear out quicker because you are brushing around a lot of sharp appliances, but they definitely work better than manual toothbrushes. Do keep in mind to not be too rough when brushing to avoid popping off brackets. Sonicare is so subtle, you shouldn't have any problems. We recommend them for patients in braces all the time!

This review is from: SONICARE Flexcare Rechargeable Sonic SANITIZER POWERED TOOTHBRUSH I've been using this toothbrush for about 1-2 weeks and can already feel and see a difference. My teeth are cleaner and more polished, and my mouth feels cleaner along the gum line and in-between teeth. The varying modes are nice; although, I find that I use the 3-minute mode most often to ensure a complete clean in all quadrants of my mouth. The brush heads are nice, although I prefer the larger one (standard vs. compact) to cover more tooth area. I have no problems fitting the sonic brush-head into my mouth, the extended reach is long enough to reach all the way to the back teeth and to clean the inside and outside of the teeth and along the gum line without having to open my mouth too wide. It is a very comfortable brushing experience overall. The vibration in the handle and brush head is also quite minimal for a sonic toothbrush, and I do not find it uncomfortable at all. The handle is also long, slim and easy to hold and maneuver. The on/off and mode buttons are easy to use and understand. The charger with UV sanitizer is also quite slim and fits onto my sink/counter top without taking up much room at all. The unit, overall, is really quite attractive. The UV sanitizer works wonderfully and accommodates 2 brush heads a time………………….
